' Major Morah, writing- in the "Beri liner Tageblatt," attaches great importance to General a-od Billow's advance towards Dvinsk. to. which the Russians are offering small opposiuu-n. "We shall' soon control the Warsaw-Petro-grad railway," he says, " a!nd thereafter the only Russian line of retirement, will be via Brest-Litovsk and. Minsk to Moscow, but, as General yon Mackensen is only three days' march from Brest-Litovsk there is likely to be no lack of dramatic events."
