FRENCH WORKERS GOING DAY AND NIGHT.
PARIS, July 29
General Maudhny wrote to Creusot's munition workers: "I hear that you are working day and night to send us guns and shells. Bravo! Thanks! By so doing you save many of your brothers. We will win a crushing victory all tho sooner."
The workers replied:" We are aware of the debt we owe our gallant brothers in a.rms. They can count on us as we count on them—to tho utmost. '•■
