PRESIDENT'S PALACE BURNED
WASHINGTON, July 27
A new revolution has broken out in Hayti. Revolutionists attacked President Guillaume's palace, setting it ablaze. President Guillaume, after a heroic resistance with a handful of soldiers, fled. The French Embassy and the palace were destroyed.
