HARVEST IN ROUMANIA
SUPPLIES FOR GERMANY

BUCHAREST, July 29. Tho harvest is very abundant. The Government will probably remove the ombargo on export, and as the Dardanelles are closed, some 3,000,000 tons of produce- will go to Germany.
