THREE CARGOES COMING. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, December 16. The Prime Minister advises that the s.s. Waitt'mata left Vancouver for New Zealand last Sunday with 12,000 bushels ■of .wheat. She is due at Wellington In the middle of January. The R.M.S. Niagara leaves Vancouver on December 23 with 10,000 bushels, and is due at Auckland on January 11. The Hesperus leaves St. John, New Brunswick, this week -with 290,000 bushels for a New Zealand port.
