There was a decided change iri the weather last (night, and, though three degrees of frost was recorded, the night was comparatively miid. To-day was fairly warm, with a nor'-westerly wind blowing. The Dominion Meteorolg'ogist telegraphed to-day as follows:—The indications are for westerly winds, strong to gale, and veering by west to south after about 24 to 3C hours. The weather appears likely to b« cloudy and unsettled, with rain following and snow in the back country.'
