AUCKLAND, November 26. . 12 p.m. Two lots of mciiHtoil .specials loft for
horne —one last night and another this morning. Others will return daily until the number is reduced to small proportions. The opinion is expressed that 200 or 300 mounted men are adequate for the protection of wharf labourers and men working at various trades. ,■/-., It is understood that the city specials quartered at the Drill Hall will be dismissed at an early date, on the understanding that they will reassemble if required. /
