EDUCATION BOARD.

The North Canterbury Education Board met in Christchureh yesterday. The Building Committee reported that further correspondence had been received from Mr J. Watson in support of application for a school in the Maronan district. It had been agreed to inquire as to what sum the residents were prepared to contribute, also to state that at least two acres should be secured for a school site.
