Per Press Associatiori-HCopyright. ; ■ ■ OTTAWA,^December 23. Mr Bourassa, Leader of the Nationalists, attacked Colonel Hughes oh tlie ground of the latter's advocacy of military training. Mr Bourassa declared that Colonel Hughes had invited 25,000 /schoolboys to become debauchers and to play the fool at the State's expense. Colonel Hughes replied good-humour-edly that if Mr Bourassa had received a military training in his youth he would !>e a truly great man. It would afford him (Colonel Hughes) great pleasure to gazetto Mr Bourassa a major in command- of a squardon of mounted rifles "or'hussars:
