NEW ZEALAND AWARDS.
WELLINGTON, December 21. The High Commissioner cables the following, awards gained by the Dominion's exhibitors at the Exhibition held at Roubaix, m the north of France, this year:—Grand Prix—Government of New Zealand one each for collective exhibit of wool, frozen meat, grain and seeds, hemp, kauri gum. Diplomes d'Honneur — Gear , Meat Preserving Company, Ltd., slipe wool; Wellington Meat JSxport Company, , Ltd., slipe wool;; Wi. .Nicols and 'Sons, collective exhibit of wool: Medals—-Govern-of New Zealand, preserved fruits; Government of New Zealand, leather; Gear Meat Preserving Company, Ltd., canned meats; Maddren Bros., rope and twine; Abraham and Williams, fleece wool; J. J. Bourke, fleece wool; George Gerrard, fleece wool; H. J. Kirk and Co., fleece wool; H. Haredild, fleece wool; S. R. Lancaster, fleece wool; Edward J. Lees, fleece wool; R. J. Levin, fleece wool; James little, fleece wool; R. D. Douglas M'Lean, fleece wool; A. G. M'Rae, fleece wool; P. Mungavin/ fleece wool; Ernest Short, fleece wool.
