Royer, a Deputy, alleged that the late King Leopold,-with aid of official signatures to false documents; received £1,200,000 of Congo money. M. Renkin replied that the Congo State had justified such advances, but new facts revealed after the King's death had enabled the State Treasury to receive what was due to it. J
