GERMAN OFFICER ARRESTED.
Per Press Association—Copyright. Received August 21, 9.38 a.m. LONDON, August 20. Max Scoultz, described as a Doctor of Philosophy, and also as a Lieutenant of the Hussars of Frankfort, has been remanded on a charge of espionage at Plymouth. Numerous- documents' in his possession were seized. .
