BELGIUM.
M. do Lantsheere, Minister of Justice, speaking in tho Chamber of Representatives, announced a compromise regarding King Leopold's patrimony, by which all the Crown foundation securities would revert to the State. Tho latter would assign to the Niederfullbach or Coburg foundation £55,000. He added that the Government had now only Princess Louise to deal with. The Minister dwelt on King Albert's generosity in relinquishing in favoxir of Belgium his rights in the Niederfullbach foundation.
