ALLEGED FALSE DECLARATION.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 23. Colin Hector Kempton and Virginia Kempton, a young married couple, arrested on the steamer for Sydney, were committed for trial to-day on a charge of making a false declaration to obtain a marriage certificate. The female defendant is only eighteen years of age, and her father had refused consent to her marriage.
