ALLEGED THEFT.
WELLINGTON, June 23. John Hemingway, a young man recently brought back to Wellington from Sydney, was charged at the Magistrate's Court, to-day, with stealing £10 worth of tweed from C. H. Dickerson's warehouse, m Wellington, 9 The accused was remanded for a week. Bail was allowed m accused's own bond of £150 with two sureties of £75 each.
