Mr Long, the secretary of the Hotel and Restaurant Employees Union, states that its case comes before the Conciliation Commissioners next "Wednesday, but as far as the Union is concerned, will not occupy five minutes. The Union, pursuing their objection taken to the appointment of Mr Harle Giles, will decline to go into details, and will ask to have the dispute taken direct to the Arbitration Court.
