ST. PETERSBURG, July 29. The Russo-Japanese treaty of commerce and navigation and the fishery convention has been signed here. PARTS, July 29. The Times Paris correspondent states that the Russo-Japanese agreements provide, inter alia, for the maintenance of the status quo in the Far East, Russia undertaking to accept:the latest developments in Korea.
