LONDON, July 27. The King and Queen opened the new buildings oi" the University Cpllege School at Frogual. Miss Ada Crossley sang the National Anthem, and Lord Monkswell read the-Council's address, dwelling on the fact that the school for three-quarters of a century had been a nursing mother to men who had played a conspicuous part in moulding the destines of Ihe Empire. King Edward I replied that he was confident that the youth of the nation was i'vll of promise. He was gratified to hear that the great colonies recognised the excellence of British schools and were anxious where possible to send their children Homo.
