ONE TAIL SEVEN MILLION MILES LONG. ,

(Received July 29, 8.56 a.m.) LONDON, July 82. The French astronomer, M. _ lammarion, states that a comet, with seven tails, one of which is now seven million miles long, is approaching, and is now a hundred million miles from the earth. The comet is visible early in the morning, under the Pleiades.
