The Wool Market.

Sydney, Nov 20 At the wool sales the tone generally was buoyant and confident. All the finer sorts were in strong demand. The general level of valaes waa from a farthing to a halfpenny above those of a fortnight ago.

Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, have received the following cable message from their London office, under date November 19: —" The new arrivals for the sixth series of wool sales, whioh open on November 27, amount to 121,000 bales, of which 21,500 bales have baen forwarded direct to manufacturers at Home and abroad, leaving (with 8000 bales carried forward from last series) 107.500 bales for sale."
