Sydney, Feb 28 Incessant and steady rain has fallen since the cessation of play yesterday. There are no signs to-niglit of clearing. The pitch is under water. (Received Feb. 29,10.10 a.m.) Sydnfa', Feb. 29 The rain ceased during the night, but the morning was dull and the driz/.le has re-commenced. If play is possible at all to-day, it will be on a thoroughly soaked bowler's wicket. (Received Feb 29,1.59 p.m.) It is raining steadily, and play has been postponed till after lunch. There is a lot of water on the wicket, and it is xinlikely play will be resumed to-day.
