Clearing Sale.
Messrs Friedlander Bros., in conjunction with the National Mortgage Company, report having conducted a clearing sale for Mr Jas. Scott, Waitohi Downs, yesterday. The attendance was good and prices were highly satisfactory. The following are a few of the principal lots:—Fair to good wethers 15s 7d to 18s. Draught horses •£■4B, £01, .£SB, £59; light horses £15 to £IS. Implements—roller «£S, grubber £18 10s, bindyr £21. drill .£22, drays £12 to £! 5, harrows £3, £o 10s to £7 ss. Cowa in profit £6 103 to £8 15s; springers £6 5?, £6 ds, £7 to £8 ; fat cattle £5 17s 6d to £7 7s 6d, yearlings £4 lcs.
