North Island Ram Sales.
Marton, Feb. 2G
The first Earn Fair held at Hunterville, and conducted by Mr Abraham Williams, resulted in a record sale for the North Island this year, a big yarding and substantial prices being realised. A complete clearance tinder the hammer was effected. The demand for Lincolns was limited. Several good lines came from the Soutli Island. Breeders sold readily, the average prices of the various breeders being £1 in advance of previous sales held in other centres this year.
