In connection with the massacre of Christians at Adrianople the city Cadi has confessed to the Consuls his inability to cheok Moslem fanaticism. London, August 25. The " Daily Mail" alleges that the Porte has contracted with a mauser factory for 200,000 rifles and a hundred million cartridges.
