INTERCOLONIAL MEETING.

Sydney, September 16. The following are the results of the racing at the Intercolonial Cycling Meeting:— Half-Mile Race.—Meagher (Sydney), t. Time—l.lo2 sth. With the exception of Wilmot, who was third in hia heat, the other Mew Zealanders were unplaced. Milk Amateur Championship.— Kerr (Sydney), 1. Time—2.3s. This was a new grabs record. Five Mile Intekcoxonial Rack.— Hiyward (New Zealand), 1; Nicklin (Queensland), 2 ; Kerr (Sydney), 3. In the last lap, Hodgkinson, of Sydney, fell and brought down Hall, Pither, and Wilmot, all of New Zealand, but none of them were hurt. Hay ward fortunately escaped, and emerging from the mess of men and machines, won by five yards aftar a splendid contest. Time—l4.l2 l-sth. Three Mile Race.—lslea (Brisbane), 1. Time-8.9 2-sth.
