St. PBTB&SBUBCf, April 27. Three thousand peasants in Kharkott persisted in lying on the rails over which a train conveying the Ozar would have to pass, until His Majesty consented to hear their grievances. Before! the train was brought to a standstill many of the peasants were crushed, and the soldiers killed many others in the disturbance. Fifteen §oidier§ were killed. The Czar was much enraged with the peasants, and quite upset with terror,
