THE CHOLERA.
Oonstantinoplk, September 9. Cholera is raging fit Alleppo and Quintab, in Syria, and is spreading West. Two thousand deaths are reported daily. THE PORTE, It is officially announced that the change of Ministry does not imply a change in the European policy of Turkey. 1 Sir W. A. White, the British Ambassador, demands that the Porte should apologise for firing on British merchant vessels passing the Dardanelles in July last," and in the meantime declines to visit the Sultan's palace.
