RUSSIAN ARMY MOVEMENTS.
St. Petersburg, September 9. The Russian Government is uneasy at the attitude adopted by China, and has decided to store immense quantities of munitions of war at Vladivostock. Russia is also massing troops on the Austrian and German frontiers.
