THE NEW HEBRIDES.
Vibnna, September 19. The " Politische Correspondence," a semi-official journal, published here, States it is expected an arrangement will shortly be arrived at between England and France regarding the New Hebrides, based upon principles of prior evacuation of the group, by the French, and that the Islands will be open for colonization to all nations, each witching the security of its subjects.
