IRISH AFFAIRS.
The Dublin City Council have relOlved to protest against the tyrannical policy of the English Govenmenr, as shown by the murderous attack of the police on the Irish people. They also regard O'Brien's speech as a patriotic one, and urge tenants to accept his Advice. (Received September 20, 12.5 p.m.) THE MAILS. London, September 19 The mails per P. and O. s.s. Masillia from Melbourne, August lotb, and per Pacific mail s.s. Alameda from Auckland August 15th, were delivered m London to-day.
