PROPERTY LOST AND FOUND.

Found in the possession ,of , John, James* and Thomas Frost, now under committal for' trial for - horse stealing, and supposed to be stolen, a bay horse, draught breed, 15 hands,' Mack points, saddle marked, white spots oh both sides, branded JJ near neck, J OB conjoined off neck. ; •

Lost between 5 and 6 p.m. the 12th, instant, from" the person* of : James Pringle, between Caversham and Stafford-street;. Dunedin, a. silver 'patent lever -hunting watch, engineturned, maker R. Stewart, No. 49588,.with silver guard chain and 2 gold keys attached. :;
