From the ship “ Belford,” at Napier. On 26th November, 1899. J. Marshall, A. 8., a French Canadian, about thirty years of age, about 5 ft. 6 in. high, thin face, dark complexion, black hair, dark moustaohe only. James Purcell, A. 8., Irish, about thirty-five years of age, about 5 ft. 10in. high, heavy build, sunburnt face, greyish hair, shaved except greyish moustache. Warrants issued.
