Absconding from Industrial Schools. Burnham.
Inquiries are requested for the undermentioned hoys, and if traced information should he sent to the Inspector of Police, Christchurch. The master of the school does not wish them arrested.
William David Haeeington absconded from the licensed service of Mr. Samuel Anderson, Flemington, near Ashburton, on the 29th March, 1897. Description : Seventeen years of age, fair hair and complexion; dress not known. Committed from Christchurch on the sth June, 1893. Robeet David Pitcon absconded from the licensed service of Mr. G. Lambre, Mount Somers, on the Ist March, 1898. Description : Sixteen and a half years of age, about 5 ft. 2 in. high, fair hair and complexion ; probably wearing a darktweed suit.
Hebbeet James Peesting absconded from the licensed service of Mr. J. Sullivan, Pleasant Point, on the 23rd October, 1898. Description : Sixteen years and ten months old, short stoutish build, dark hair and eyes, dark complexion ; dress not known. Committed from Napier on the 27th July, 1896.
