Helensville. — James Alexander McMahon, Babylon, reports stolen from his washhouse, on the 14th or 15th ultimo, a red-and-yellow-striped bag, containing two Frenchcambric shirts, one with blue spots the other large checks, collars attached ; a flannelette shirt with side-pockets, two ladies’ grey-merino singlets; five cambric handkerchiefs, some with horseshoes round borders, the others a zigzag pattern; three pairs of ladies’ black stockings, and three pairs of coloured socks ; value £2 13s. 6d. Identifiable.

Auckland. — Thomas Cashan reports stolen, on the 29th ultimo, from a boat at No. 2 Jetty, Quay Street, a pair of serge trousers, half-worn, size 5, and a new ash oar, 9ft. long; value 12s. Identifiable. Complainant resides at Brick Bay, North Shore.

Patea. —Alfred A. Gower reports stolen, on the 24th or 25th ultimo, from the Harmonic Hall, a brown-corduroy sac-coat, single-breasted, size 4, side- and left-breast pockets without flaps, and a pair of trousers and vest of similar material, size 6 ; value £2. Identifiable.

Hawera.— William Brisco, Te Roti, reports stolen from his horse in the yard of the Commercial Hotel, Normanby, between 7 p.m. on the 28th and 4 a.m. on the 20th ultimo, a pair of stirrup-leathers, nearly new, and nickel-plated irons; value 17s. 6d.

Eketahuna. —Berg Anderson reports stolen from the Public Hall, Mauriceville, on the 29tli ultimo, a dark-blue diagonal-cloth overcoat, with detachable cape, nearly new ; value £3 15s. Identifiable.
