When the vice regal party left the hotel the weather was anything but good, there being a thick, dense fog prevailing, but as they neared the mountain the atmosphere cleared and the magnificent Egrnont was viewed in all its glory, veiled in' the golden sunlight and remained so until the visitors departed. has worked with untiring energy to secure this result. Bridge Party. Airs A. AlvDiarmid gave a very enjoyable bridge party on Thursday evening.
