Tennis Club. The annual genera! meeting of the Palmerston North Tennis ( lub was held oh Wednesday night. The following officers Aveie elected for the coming season:—President, Mr. E. 11. Wae* is away in Wellington. iMrs. Fuil<‘r went to Wellington last Week to meet Miss Robinson', who has come Over 'from Australia to visit Mrs. Fuller. Visitors to Wanganui for the races from here included: Mr. and Mrs. Innes, Air. and Mrs. F. S.'Mcßae, Mrs. McKilight, and Miss Sybil Abraham. jMih Driver who has been staying for A6me months with V.ier daughter, Mih McGill, returned to her home in Dunedin at the end of last week. The Rev. and Mrs Ford-11 utchinson are leaving for Brooklyn, Wellington. For the last nine months Mr Hutchinson has been in charge of St. Peter’s. Prior -fo their departure, the Rev. and Mrs Ifutchinson were entertained by the parishioners at Terrace End, and presented with a set of greenstone carver rcstis and a greenstone paper knife.
