July 22. Bachelors’ Ball. There was a gay and cheerful scene at the Albert Hall on Friday night, when the ball arranged by the Bachelors’ of the County eventuated. The decorations reflected great credit on those responsible, the stage being converted into a cosy drawing-room, and was a splendid vantage ground from which to watch the animated scene below.
