Hawera, May 27. Personal. On Wednesday Dr. and Mrs. MaeGibl>on left Haw-era. The doctor is going to England on the Kaipara, and Mrs. MacGibbon is going to Dunedin. A very large number of friends were at the station to see them off. Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Williams havo been spending a few days in Wanganui. Mr. Nalder has gone to Auckland for a week. Rev. J. R. and Mrs. Cassell have gone on a visit to Auckland and Rotorua. Mr. and Mrs. ■Severne (Elthain) are on a holiday trip to Wellington. Mr. Coutts (Masterton) has been spending a few weeks in Hawera. Mrs. and Miss L’Estrange Nolan have been on a short visit to Wanganui. Mrs. Matthews has been spending a few days with Mrs. E. L. Barton in Hawera. Mr. E. Dive has returned from Australia, where he has been for a holiday. Mrs. O’Callaghan has returned from a trip to Christchurch. Mr. and Mrs. McLean (Eketaliuna) are spending a short holiday in Hawera. Mrs. Greaves and family have left Hawera for Wanganui, where they are going to reside in future.
