Personal. Mrs. R. D. D. McLean and the Misses McLean and Desbry, left for Taupo by motor for a holidav.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ormond, of Wallingford. were in town last week. Mr. Lysnar, Mayor of Gisborne, and Mrs. Lysnar are spending a holiday in Napier.

Mi - and Mrs. G. Watts, of Marlborough, are spending a holiday in Napier. Miss Spencer is spending a holiday at Rotorua.

Mr. and Mrs. Nicholls, of Wanganui, are spending a holiday in Napier. Miss Tuke has returned to Napier from a holiday in the South. Mr. and Mrs. Tristram have gone to Auckland and Rotorua for a holiday. The marriage of Mr. Ediic Williams, son of Mr. J. N. Williams, of Frimley, Hastings, and Miss MeKenzie, sister of Mrs. L. H. McHardy, Napier, is arranged to take place at the Napier Cathedral on March 2nd.
