October S. Feilding has been very quiet lately. The golf season is nearly over, and tho tennis has not yet begun. The annual meeting of the Feilding Tennis Club was held on Monday, 27th. Mr. Richmond was re-elected president. Mr. Montgomrie vice-president, Mr. Kenny secretary,

and Mr. Glasgow wag m-elettsd treasurer. Personal. Miss Jean Brow, of Feilding, and Miss Else Bruce, of Cheltenham, are staying with friends in Dannevirke. Miss Mary Ray is visiting friends in Auckland. Mrs. Dyer (Taihape), js staying with her sister, Mrs. Innes Jones. Miss De Castro has returned to her home in Wellington.
