COMINGS AND GOINGS. Mrs and the Misses McLeod, of Wellington, are staying with relatives in Wanganui. Mr and Mrs Patterson, of Wanganui, have returned from their. visit to the Southern Lakes. Mr A. Blundell, of Nelson, is paying a short visit to Wanganui. Miss Pickering, of the , Wairarapa, is staying in Wanganui with friends. Amongst the visitors in Wanganui for the Autumn Race Meeting were Mr and Mrs Abbot (Wellington),, Mrs Rawson (Wellington), Mr and Mrs Buchanan (Hawera), Mr and Mrs Barthorpe (Silverhope), Miss Ward (Silverhope), Dr. Skerman (Marton), Mr and Mrs W. Bidwell (Wairarapa), Mr Aidworth (Silverhope), Mrs Tweed (Wellington), Mr and Miss Beetham (Wairarapa), Mr and Mrs H. Johnston (Wellington), Mr arid Mrs Major (Hawera). Miss Beetham (Wairarapa) is the guest of Mrs Barnicoat in Wanganui. Miss Moore, of Hawera, has been staying in Wanganui with Mrs Empson.

Mr and Mrs H. Good, of Wanganui, are staying in Wellington. Dr. and Mrs Earle, of Wanganui, returned to New Zealand this week after a year’s visit to England and the Continent.

Mrs'. A. Izard, of Wanganui, has gone to Wellington to meet her mother, Mrs Montgomerie, who has just returned to New Zealand after a twelve months’ visit to England.
