Insurance Companies Bill. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the Insurance Companies Bill, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed with the amendments shown in the copy of the Bill attached hereto. 9th October, 1940.

Sea Carriage of Goods Bill. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the Sea Carriage of Goods Bill, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed without amendment. 28th November, 1940. F. W. Schramm, Chairman.

Special Report. 1 have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee desires to express its appreciation of the services rendered by Mr. F. W. Schramm in his capacity as Chairman of the Committee, and directs that this resolution be reported to the House. 6th December, 1940. W. A. Bodkin, Member of the Committee.

Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee, consisting of ten members, has during the current session held seven meetings, with an average attendance at each meeting of five members. Four Bills were referred to the Committee, all of which were considered and reported on to the House. 6th December, 1940. A. S. Richards, for Chairman.
