I am directed to report that, in view of the fact that the grant of £150 in settlement of the prayer of the petition in respect of property damaged in 1898 and paid to the petitioner by the Government on 26th September, 1924, was expressed to be in full settlement of all claims, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 23rd October, 1935. W. A. Bodkin, Chairman.

P. C. Webb, a Member of the Committee. 25th October, 1935.
