Final Report. I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee, consisting of ten members, has held twelve meetings, with an average attendance at each meeting of five members. Nine Bills have been referred to the Committee, all of which have been considered. Six have been reported on, one was withdrawn on the recommendation of the Committee, and two were left in the hands of the Government to be dealt with. 9th November, 1931. W. J. Broadfoot, Chairman.

Special Report. I have the honour to report that the Committee desires to place on record their cordial appreciation of the ability and unfailing courtesy of Mr. W. J. Broadfoot, who as Chairman has carried out his duties, and, further, that this resolution be recorded on the minutes of the Committee, and reported to the House. 10th November, 1931. W. H.
