REPORTS* Special Report. Resolved, That this Committee desires to place on record its high appreciation of the splendid services rendered to the Dominion by the late Sir Walter Clarke Buchanan, who was for many years a valued and active member of this Committee ; and that this resolution be reported to the House, and a copy forwarded to the relatives of the late Sir W.
