Special Report. I have the honour to report that at a meeting of the Native Affairs Committee held on Thursday, the 2nd February, 1922, the following resolution was unanimously carried : — " That the Committee desires to place upon record its sincere appreciation of the very capable manner in which the Clerk, Mr. M. A. Rowlands, has discharged the duties pertaining to his office, and directs that this resolution be recorded in the minutes and reported to the House." 2nd February, 1922.
