No. 229.—Petition of A. Crichton and Another, of Wellington. Praying that their eldest girl be restored to them. I am directed to report that in the opinion of the Committee the prayer of the petition should be granted in so far as the girl be allowed to return home on probation, and that this report be referred to the Government for favourable consideration. sth November, 1912.
