C. Statement of Contributors on the Register as at 31st December, 1908, grouped according to Rate of Contribution per Cent. of Salary.

Under the provisions of section 24 of "The Public Service Classification and Superannuation Amendment Act, 1908," every person who contributor to the fund in accordance with the provisions of Pari IX of ■■The Education Act," L 908," ai the date [10th October, 190J3] of the passing of the first-named Act beoame a contributor to the fund under thai Act, unless withiu six months he elected to remain subject to the provisions of the eecond-named Act. The statement contained in Table (' shows the number of such elections.

D. Statement of Members under—(1) Part IX of "The Education Act, 1908," and (2) "The Public Service Classification and Superannuation Amendment Act, 1908," Part I.

E. Male Contributors who have reached the Age of 60 Years, or over; and Female Contributors who have reached the Age of 50 Years, or over.

The aggregate annual rate of salaries of the contributors to the fund on the 31st December, 1908, was £454,646, as compared with £446,607 as at the 31st March, 1908, and the annual rate of contributions increased from £32,870 to £33,057. Details are given in the following table: —
