What are the dangers to be avoided ? 3. A young teacher is starting work with a class in a separate room, where she can have very little direct supervision from the head teacher. What leading principles would you give her for guidance — (a) in obviating the necessity for punishment, (b) in punishing when it cannot be avoided.
