11. The Eecess Committee shall report to the Joint Committee on the reassembling of Parliament as to the success or failure of the experiment. 12. No. 11. The Joint Library Committee have the honour to report that they have agreed to the following resolutions, namely :— 1. That the members of both Houses of Parliament residing in or within fifteen miles of Wellington be the Eecess Library Committee. 2. That the Eecess Committee have all the powers of the Joint Library to make appointments temporarily. 3.
